Graduation Information

Parents and Students in the Lake Class of 2027:

The 2027 Lake High School graduation ceremony will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 29 in Blue Streak Stadium! The rain date for our graduation will be on Sunday, May 30 at 3:00 p.m.

All parents of Seniors will be receiving an information packet from Jostens with information about ordering graduation caps and gowns along with any other senior graduation items you might be interested in purchasing. This should be arriving in the mail within the next week or so!

Please be certain to look over all of the information you received in the packet as well as on the attached document which includes more specific instructions you should follow for ordering. There is definitely a chance you will find a number of items that might be of interest to purchase. However, you are only required to order the "cap and gown unit" which includes the acceptable attire for all who are participating in the graduation ceremony - the cap, gown, and tassel. While Jostens offers the opportunity to purchase souvenir tassels, the one that is included in the packet will be the tassel worn for the graduation ceremony. The total cost of the required packet plus fees will be $41.35, and you can place your orders online at Jostens.com. Again, please refer to the attached information for assistance (we might be able to save you a little money). All orders must be placed by Friday, November 6. 

Please feel free to contact our local Jostens office if you have any additional questions, and you are also welcome to contact me personally if the required costs might prove to be a challenge. We strongly encourage all graduating seniors to participate in the graduation ceremony so that they can each have their moment in the spotlight, and so that you can enjoy it, too!

Senior ads to be included in the 2026-27 Lake Middle High School yearbook are now available for purchase! This is a great way for parents and family members to honor their soon-to-be graduate's accomplishments as they graduate from high school!  Senior ads can be purchased online at Senior Yearbook Ad or by filling out the attached form and returning it to the main office. Please email Mrs. Noel Cramer at cramernoel@lakelocal.org if you have any questions about purchasing an ad. The deadline for purchasing Senior ads is Friday, November 20.
